His leadership roles include serving as the founding President of Dana Estates, President of Brassfield Estate, and General Manager for Joel Gott Wines, as well as senior consulting and executive positions with Clos du Val, Cliff Lede, Lancaster Estate, Price Family Vineyards, Evening Land, and Vice Versa Wines. His experience spans the full lifecycle of a winery — from launch to legacy — guiding teams through strategic planning, brand elevation, and organizational growth. Known for his analytical acumen and deep relationships across the industry, David’s approach blends operational precision with a profound respect for artistry and place.

A St. Helena native with over three decades in the fine wine industry, Julie Koetzner brings a wealth of operational and client service experience to David Green & Co. Before joining the consultancy, she spent 16 years at Bounty Hunter Rare Wine & Spirits, where her leadership and organizational acumen supported the company’s significant growth and evolution. Her career also includes key roles at Domaine Chandon, Charles Krug, Wineshopper.com, and Benchmark HR, where she honed her expertise in project management, administration, accounting, and logistics.

Known for her precision, professionalism, and unfailingly positive demeanor, Julie ensures every client engagement runs seamlessly—from initial coordination through ongoing relationship management.

Hannah specializes in brand development luxury wine brand. Splitting her time between the UK and the USA, she blends global perspective with a deep understanding of luxury, craftsmanship, and consumer behavior.

With a background spanning creative agencies and in-house marketing teams, Hannah brings a strategic, brand-driven approach to every client. She works closely with brands to shape identities that resonate — visually, verbally, and experientially.

Her focus areas include branding, label and packaging design, and website design and development for e-commerce and DTC platforms. Across our client roster, Hannah is known for delivering thoughtful creative direction, seamless digital experiences, and cohesive brand systems that elevate both story and sales. At DG & Co., she guides clients from concept to execution, ensuring every touchpoint reflects clarity, intention, and a refined creative vision.
